Robin is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CGMA), MBA-qualified advisor, speaker, author and former National Chair of CIMA Members in Practice. He’s delivered over 450 workshops to more than 5,000 MDs and owners, served as a Non-Exec, Fractional FD, and Performance Improvement Lead on over 300 projects, and advised businesses ranging from £100k turnover to £200M+, including McVities, Eversheds, and dozens of regional SMEs across construction, trades, manufacturing, and professional services.
